Ava had her days and nights confused too. My only advice is to keep on waking him often during the day to nurse and try to keep him roused and playing. For a few days make it not so easy to sleep during the day. Put him down in the basinet in the living room where y'all are so he doesn't sleep as well even if he does sleep. Don't keep it dark, quiet, etc. At night keep it dark, if you need a light turn on a soft one keep quiet, etc. Theoretically he will not sleep as well during the day and will be tired and sleep at night after a few days. And also stay more sleepy during the night time feeds so that he doesn't want to wake up and play.
